I am a value-driven product leader with over 8 years of experience delivering digital products and software as a service in the technology and digital space. My expertise lies in building and nurturing high-performing, diverse, and often distributed cross-functional teams that deliver exceptional results.
My approach to product management is rooted in a continuous improvement mindset and lean thinking, where I strive to make improvements to all aspects – from process to product, with a strong cost-benefit mentality. I've worked on a portfolio of products big and small. Here's a few of the products I've helped build, deliver, and grow.
Led the development of a streamlined platform for onboarding, induction and training. It combines course management, compliance, and analytics all in one solution.
Created a pilot application that brings insights on density and velocity of crowds to better understand, manage and control movement of people in spaces.
Facilitated the delivery of a scalable white label Over-the-Top (OTT) media service platform designed for international clients with language localisation.
Built a performance marketing platform that tracks and attributes conversions, revenue, and events to provide valuable insights for optimising advertising strategies.
